Meet Bluebell & Buttercup, beautiful bunny babies and so dinky. They were rescued by the RSPCA when eight rabbits were found dumped in a cage, sadly four had to be euthanized under welfare grounds. Bluebell in particular was very underweight with some hair loss, both very wary, but now they are friendly and in good health. Buttercup will need neutering in a couple of months time as she is currently too underdeveloped. Bluebell has been done. Both are microchipped and started vaccinations. Bluebell is the bravest of the pair, she’ll always run towards you when she sees you, Buttercup does but then runs away, they can be skittish but are growing in confidence, when they are eating they seem to enjoy being stroked, particularly Buttercup, they like it when you are sat in the hutch with them. Due to their skittish behaviour they won’t suit young children who normally just want to pick up and cuddle. Housing requirement is a ‘minimum’ sized 6x2x2ft hutch with a minimum ‘attached’ 8x4ft run plus freedom to a secure garden/alternative area for stimulation. Please watch this video on why we ask for minimum sized hutch/run:
