Caesar – Staffordshire Bull Terrier

4 years old
Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Arrived 13th September, 2019
Boarded at Chesterfield RSPCA Animal Centre

Caesar is just scrumptious! A traditional Staffy and such a friendly boy who loves to be with people. He’s always up for lots of fuss and attention! Typical of his age he is an excitable boy! Kennels are not a natural environment so we find dogs just aren’t relaxed so it’s no wonder he’s full on.

Caeser came into our care purely by luck: an RSPCA Inspector was dealing with a complaint when she saw Caesar in a neighbouring garden in a pretty poor state so she called at the owner’s house. The owner signed him over as she couldn’t afford to seek medical treatment; both dog and house were infested with fleas. The owner apparently had poor eyesight and didn’t realise the condition Caesar was in.

Caesar LOVES his toys and food and enjoys playing with his toys. This will also help when delivering his training. Caesar can be rehomed with older children (13 years +). He has lived with a cat in his previous home without any reported problems. He has not lived with other dogs in his previous home but has mixed with dogs at the Chesterfield Centre. He could possibly live with another dog depending on introductions.
