Lopsy originally came in with Chewbacca July 2015 over serious welfare concerns, sadly he died whilst in our care but she was adopted after being bonded with a new male bun (who was also one of our adopted rabbits), she found an amazing new home as a free range rabbit with a huge hutch and run for night time and when the owner wasn’t around, tragically her owner’s partner suddenly died, then not even two days later her male rabbit became very ill and had to be put to sleep. This has left Lopsy on her own again and due to such traumatic and terrible mourning her owner just couldn’t cope and asked us to have Lopsy back so that we can find her a new friend and home. Our hearts go out to Lopsy’s owner who is also one of our fosterer carers, a very sad time indeed. Lopsy is neutered, micro chipped and vaccinated. Minimum housing requirement is a 6x2x2ft hutch and an ‘attached’ 6x4ft run. Do not buy until you have checked that the housing you are interested in meets RSPCA’s requirements. We really do hope we can find another amazing home where Lopsy and her friend (must be neutered male) can have a secure garden to live in so she has the freedom to be a proper rabbit! We also provide a bonding service.
