Dizzy – Cat
Domestic Medium Hair
21 months old on arrival (estimated)
Arrived 7th October 2018
Fostered in Bollington
Fending for herself in the foothills of the Peak District, Dizzy came to our attention when a concerned member of the public reported her to us as a feral cat recently given birth in an outbuilding. Sadly she’d abandoned her
kittens allowing them to die – we now know she didn’t have sufficient milk to sustain them. We subsequently humanely trapped her so she could be neutered and then returned to site but the breeding cycle would be broken.
However within a few days living in captivity and no longer living on her wits, it became clear she was a fully domesticated soul and so we made all attempts to find her owner – these attempts failed so Dizzy is now in RSPAC
foster care locally and looking for a new home of her own.
Very friendly, she loves being stroked and combed. We’re not sure she’s ever sat on a lap before or played with toys but expect that to start happen soon as she relaxes into her new surroundings. She loves Dreamies and is
beginning to train well. We think she should suit most normal home settings and make a great companion for somebody. Very slightly vocal, she always responds to her name, when called, with a little meow – she is endearing.
Dizzy has been health checked, neutered, microchipped and wormed/flead. She’s started her vaccinations. For complete peace of mind she will come with a month’s free health insurance and full post-adoption of the charity
If you’re interested in meeting Dizzy with a view to adopting her, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone/message 07403 720844. Road checks, home visit and £70 adoption fee apply. There’s more, general, information about adopting here
