Foster update 3rd September:
The beautiful Juniper is a pleasure to foster. She is a very confident bun who will stomp her foot to get your attention if there’s something that she wants. She loves her freedom outside of the hutch, so lots of space for her
to stretch her legs is a must. When she’s had enough of hopping around, she will jump from the floor onto my sofa and stretch out waiting to be stroked.
She is a very calm bunny who is best suited to an owner/family who will give her lots of love, as she thrives from interaction with people (especially when they provide her with veggies!) She really needs to be paired with a Husbunny as she’s been alone for far too long now, through no fault of her own. She would benefit greatly from being able to interact with a member of her own species, in a home where she can live out the rest of her days in hay’ppiness!
This striking bunny we’ve named Juniper as left behind in the yard when her owners moved out, left to starve for three weeks if it wasn’t for the neighbours throwing food over the walls for her she would not have survived and contacting the RSPCA for help saved her. Sadly the owners couldn’t be traced in order to prosecute. Thankfully she is in great condition and has a good appetite! She will be vaccinated, micro chipped and neutered (if not already done) shortly. Juniper needs to be rehomed with a neutered male; we do offer a free bonding service.
