Kizzy has had a rought time of it lately. She came in via Inspectors after a complaint was made about her poor condition. What we know is that she was going to be sent to a dogs home while pregnant, a lady took her in and the pregnancy went horribly wrong, she was then kept in a crate all of the time as the resident dog was very aggressive towards her. She came into our care lactating and overweight so we thought she could be pregnant! Thankfully it was just a phantom pregnancy. Kizzy is a very friendly girl, loves being with people and having lots of fuss and attention. She gets on well with other dogs, but can be a little full on and boisterous, so would depend on the other dog if they were conformable with this type of play and interactions from another dog. Kizzy would benefit from some basic training in her new home, she is a super dog who will make an excellent companion. Kizzy can be re-homed with children over 8 years old and potentially with other dogs. There is no history of Kizzy living with cats, so further observations would be needed first. A fantastic Staffy girl indeed!
