** REHOMED **
Domestic Short Hair
5 year old approx
Arrived 20th April 2017
Fostered in Macclesfield
Layla (and quite a few other cats) came into our care after the RSPCA and environmental health got involved with another rescue. They were unfortunately taking on more animals that they could manage and as a result, the animals were starting to suffer. It was a collaborative effort by a few different rescues to help this struggling rescue manage their numbers by signing over cats, dogs and horses.
Layla was unfortunately one of the poorly cats, and one in our care she received the veterinary care she required. Layla has been diagnosed with Chronic Cat Flu, so for her well being, can not be rehomed with other cats. Please don’t let this put you off, as she is the most affectionate and loving cat you’ll come by!
She has been health checked, wormed/flead, vaccinated, microchipped and spayed.
Here is a what her fosterer has to say about her:
Meet Layla who tugs at everyone’s heartstrings, she has been with me since the end of May 2017 and has settled in really well, she is an adorable little girl, extremely loving and gentle natured, she simply adores lots of attention and loves nothing more than to sit up on your shoulder rubbing her head against yours and nuzzling your hair. She will roll over for belly rubs and is very talkative especially at her meal times. You can usually find Layla stretched out on a windowsill watching the world go by and sunbathing or cosy and fast asleep on my bed. She eats well especially her wet food which is her favourite. She has been extremely clean from day 1 using her litter tray. She likes to play with all types of cat toys and will lie full length in her cat tunnel thinking you cannot see her! Laylaenjoys being groomed and like most cats she enjoys cat treats such as Dreamies, and chew sticks etc. I feel her photos do not do her full justice she has beautiful markings and is a pure light tabby with white socks.
Layla just needs a pet free loving safe home where she can receive all the attention and love she needs. If you feel you can take on this adorable special little girl into your home and are prepared for the financial commitment when she needs any treatment, please get in touch and come and meet her, I can guarantee you will adore her as she is so special.
