Muffin – Agouti Rabbit

Muffin
Female
2 years approx
Arrived 23rd September, 2019
Boarded at Rode Heath

What a terrible state Muffin was in when she arrived along with 16 other rabbits which is now an ongoing case. Emaciated and fur stained, a couple of rabbits had to be put to sleep. The Branch took in six of the 17 rabbits as an emergency meaning we have gone over budget but we couldn’t turn them away.

Muffin is a friendly confident bunny which is amazing considering all she’s known is a tiny, baron and filthy hutch. She is will be neutered soon and has been microchipped and vaccinated, she has also had a much needed dental. She’ll need a neutered boy bunny to bond with so she can finally find happiness!

Housing requirement is a ‘minimum’ sized 6x2x2ft hutch with a minimum ‘attached’ 8 x 6ft or 10x4ft run, depending on the size of the rabbits, PLUS freedom to a secure garden/alternative area for stimulation, or a bespoke set up; exercise space and enrichment is most important! Any existing rabbit needs to be vaccinated with RHD1/Myx and RHD2. We do offer a free bonding service too!
