PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO SEE ALL LOOKING FOR HOMES

Twelve well looked after white doves are looking for a home due to

their elderley owner going into care.

They could possibly be split into
two groups.
They have been used to living in a pigeon loft with

attached aviary,
but able to fly free and return at will.
Ideally this
would be a requirement for the new owner,
but a dovecote would be
considered.

The latter must have some means of containing the birds for

the first one to two weeks.
For example a tent over the dovecote

enabling them to see out and orientate themselves to their new
surroundings.
Fresh bird seed, grit, water to drink
and to bathe in are
required daily.
Enjoy watching the birds fly free and returning for

food and safety.

SCOOBY

(named by the Inspector) was found by a member of public and taken to a vets.
Sadly no-one has come forward to claim him.
He has been microchipped and vaccinated
He has been castrated and has had his teeth trimmed

Scooby is a friendly rabbit
who has deformed front legs
which means he walks on his ankles.
He is very mobile and doesn't have a problem walking at all.

Scooby loves being stroked. He's ok with being picked up,
he's got more used to this now but he doesn't like being cuddled.
He will only be homed with children who will handle
Scooby with loving care. In his foster home he is let out everyday in the secure garden,
he loves to hop around on the grass and feel the warmth from the sun
(white haired animals need sun cream on their ears to protect them),
and he likes to find little niches to snuggle into,
he also has a great appetite and loves his veg!

Rabbits prefer company so do you have a (neutered and vaccinated)
lonely rabbit who could benefit from a friend?
Rabbits are the most forgotten pet in England due to being left to suffer in hutches,
remember they are sociable companion pets that need daily care and interaction.
Can you give this lost little rabbit the love and care he needs?

Foster update 14th April :
Scooby is not at all nervous now, in fact he doesn't bat an eyelid if the labrador walks past him
or when the kids run around the garden and he is on the lawn.
He lies down and relaxes with his legs stretched out like a cool cat!
He keeps himself very clean, apart from his hind legs,
maybe he finds this difficult with his arms.
He seems very happy and spends about 10 hours each day in the garden.
