Pet Care For Rabbits Please Read before Considering Re- Homing A Rabbit

Please adopt this beautiful pair of rabbits! They are with Stapeley RSPCA.

Here is some information from their foster Mum:

Henry is a male black Lionhead cross
dumped at Stapeley RSPCA 5 months ago.
He is quite small, about 1 year old, neutered, vaccinated and in good
health. He is inquisitive although a little nervous - he has become a
lot more friendly since I've been fostering him and I'm sure will get
even better with time.

Margaret is a small grey lop eared female
abandoned at Stapeley mid December.
She is neutered, vaccinated and in good health,
a friendly little rabbit.

I have spent time introducing them as Henry had been rehomed previously
but brought back as the introduction to another rabbit didn't go well!

Henry and Margaret
are very happy and comfortable together -
always cuddled together and grooming each other.
Therefore they must go together.
A lot of people don’t realise but rabbits need company,
they are naturally very sociable creatures
and need the company of another rabbit.

They have been used to quite a lot of space,
so require the minimum RSPCA guide line requirements.
A pair of rabbits need a minimum 6 x 3 x 2.5ft covered
area for sleep and shelter, with an attached 6 x 3ft exercise run.
