Update January: Pepsi had to have an extensive blood test as the cattery owner witnessed her having what is best described as a seizure-wobbly, loss of balance, falling over with a dazed look in her eyes. The results came back with no positive results for anything! There are no other symptoms to suggest anything serious so the vets have advised that it sounds like she’s not having full fits, just loss of control-perhaps due bad genes/breeding. For this reason we will be looking for an experienced cat owner and someone who is at home a lot because if they do get more frequent she may have to go on meds but it’s unlikely. We hope this is just an isolated episode and that no-one will be put off as Pepsi is such a loving little girl.

Pepsi was yet another cat abandoned when the owner moved. Pepsi is already micro chipped but the contact details are out of date, she has clearly been passed from one bad home to another; she is fit and healthy but her coat is dirty and matted coat and she was riddled with fleas. She has been health checked, wormed/flead, tested for FIV/FELV, and started vaccinations, she is already neutered according to the m/c database. Despite her bedraggled look Pepsi is just so beautiful and affectionate and that’s all that counts!
