How adorable is our Rosie! She is looking to be bonded with a neutered male so she can life how rabbits should with company of their own. She sadly lost her sibling after the family got a new dog with a high prey drive and it got into the run and killed the rabbit. So Rosie has been confined to a hutch for a long time and not handled. We are pleased that the owner asked us for help it must have been terrifying for Rosie especially as the dog would always go to her hutch. Rosie has been health checked and started vaccinations, she will be neutered and microchipped shortly. She’s not been fond of being handled by children so a small child free and also a pet free home is best. Housing requirement is a ‘minimum’ sized 6x2x2ft hutch with a minimum ‘attached’ 8x6ft or 10x4ft run with a height of 3 foot PLUS freedom to a secure garden/alternative area for stimulation, or a bespoken set up; exercise space and enrichment is most important! The same applies to indoor housing space in terms of dimension. Existing rabbit needs to be vaccinated with RHD1/Myx and RHD2. We do offer a free bonding service too!
