Update - 04/08/10
Torie's kittens have all now gone to new homes and she is enjoying her much deserved rest.
She is currently being fed on a high protein food to help her gain the weight she lost whilst nursing
and then she will be spayed ready for her new home.
She is being started on her vaccinations this week also.

Torie is a lovely cat and is very friendly, she adores other cats and gets on really well with them.
Even when her kittens were tiny she was happy to be around other cats.

It is clear she is a young cat as she is so playfull and acts like a kitten herself.

She eats well and has a great appetite, although can be fussy with dry food.

She is great with children and would be happy in a home with them.
Although she has been fostered with a dog for over 2 months
she is really not happy with his presence and tends to avoid him.
She is relaxing more but would be best re-homed without dogs.

Torie is quite keen to go outdoors now her kittens have left (not allowed whilst in foster care)
so she would prefer a home where she can have lots of outdoor access.

Torie

came into RSPCA care after she was left behind when her previous owner moved house.
She was heavilly pregnant at the time and gave birth to 4 kittens a few days later
that are also on the website.
Torie is a beautiful tabby

She has been flea-treated, wormed, micro-chipped and started on her vaccinations.
As soon as her milk dries up she will also be neutered.

Her kittens are currently 6 weeks old and will be ready to go to new homes in 2-3 weeks
at which point Torie will also be ready for her new home.

Torie is a very friendly and lovable cat, she is always purring!
So much so that the vet struggled to hear her heartbeat as she was so happy being stroked.
She loves attention and will climb on your lap for a cuddle.

She gets on really well with other cats and is happy around young children, both of which she is fostered with.
She is also fostered with a dog but she does not like him at all so would need a dog free home.

Update - 02/09/10

As Torie has now been in care for a long time with no interest we have decided to move her to another fosterer
hoping that an adopter in another area may be interested in her.

She is now fostered in Congleton along with Oscar who she is getting along well with.
