Thomas – Cat

Male
Domestic Long Hair
6 years old
Arrived 14th June, 2019
Fostered in Macclesfield

Thomas has come into our care through the Home for Life Scheme. This means that very sadly Thomas’ owner has died before Thomas came into our care. Thomas is feeling very bewildered and has been very unhappy in the cattery and we think he needs a home where he can have the space he needs with someone used to cats. He is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

He may need some help with grooming moving forward, he has a beautiful thick fluffy coat-he has been dematted at the vets! Such a handsome boy!

As of 28th July Thomas is in a Macclesfield foster home. Here is some news from his Foster Mum:

“Thomas has been with us for some time now and sadly thus far has been overlooked. He is such a handsome boy,  has settled in so well and is content to be around both myself and my son. Thomas adores company, he sits on my knee, lies on the floor nearby or sits in his bed next to the radiator getting forty winks (which is his favourite pastime).  He adores being brushed each day, and getting plenty of tickles and massages. He doesn’t have a bad bone in his body he is simply adorable. As Thomas has been with us sometime now his full character has emerged and he is playing more with a variety of cat toys,  and chasing spiders or wood lice that suddenly catch his eye! He also loves a good scratch on his cat post especially after I rub some catnip flakes on it, he adores these. I just hope that he will soon be able to meet his prospective new parent(s) who are able to give him a lovely forever home. Please can you give Thomas the chance he deserves and come and meet him he is such a special boy you will fall in love with him immediately”.
